Participants discover the three psychological needs everyone brings to their ministry and/or workplace and move collectively through interactive activities to identify the strengths and opportunities they can build on in their own team.
Communication is God’s idea. Participants learn how they and others select, interpret and organize information. They receive a personal profile and work collectively with the group composite.
This activity-driven training will introduce practical tools, techniques, and strategies that ministry leaders and managers can use to manage conflict effectively. It will give participants a process for managing conflict with all levels that encourages shared solutions and builds constructive work relationships. Finally, this training will assist in providing the necessary confidence to effectively manage and turn around conflict situations in a clear and constructive manner.
Next Level Conversations
Everything happens through conversations. Participants explore what’s really taking place beneath the surface in a conversation that often creates roadblocks in their ability to move to a higher level of communication.
Participants learn five basic principles proven to build trust and work together in applying them to each of the Windows.
