SLD exists for the purpose of training spiritual leaders to effectively advance The Salvation Army’s mission to the Southern Territory. This is accomplished through partnerships designed to support what is being taught at the SFOT and provide leadership development for staff and employees of The Army. Our training modules assist leaders in casting vision based on the mission, inspiring passion to pursue it, working with teams to accomplish it, communicating it to the community, and acquiring resources to support it.
